Like Our Facebook Page Promotion

Terms & Conditions

​

  • The promotion (discount or giveaway) is only available to individuals who have liked the official Facebook page of Asia FinTech Hub Pte Ltd (henceforth known as “Company”). The official Facebook page could be reached by following this link: https://facebook.com/AsiaFinTechHub/.

  • Only one promotional discount OR giveaway can be claimed per congress pass per “Like”.

  • Promotional discounts or giveaways are only available while congress passes last.

  • Steps to claim Discount/Giveaway need to be strictly adhered to.

  • The individual receiving the promotion (henceforth known as “Receiver”) has to be the same person as the person who like the Company’s official Facebook page.

  • Promotion will end on 16 Jun 2017.

  • Details of discount:

    • Discount consists of S$500 off the prevailing price of the congress pass for the Company’s FinTech Professionals Congress only, which is to be held in Sands Expo and Convention Centre on 07 Jul 2017;

    • Discount can be used in conjunction with Early Bird promotion;

    • Discount is non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash.

  • Details of giveaway:

    • Giveaway can be claimed in conjunction with Early Bird Discounts.

    • Giveaway consists of a one-night stay (henceforth known as “Stay”) only at the deluxe room (henceforth known as “Room”) of Marina Bay Sands Hotel [10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956] (henceforth known as “Hotel”);

    • Unless prior agreement by the Company is sought, the period for the Stay must be selected from one of the following days between 05 Jul 2017 to 09 Jul 2017 (both dates inclusive) only;

    • Should the Receiver be unable to utilise the Stay, the Company bears no responsibility booking another Stay for the Receiver;

    • Only the cost of the Stay in the Room (inclusive of GST and service charge) is included in the promotion;

    • All costs/charges related to the Stay other than the cost of the room (inclusive of GST and service charge) must be bounded by the Receiver of the giveaway;

    • Giveaway is non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash;

    • Should the Hotel requires a credit card or cash/cheque deposit as a guarantee for the Stay, the Receiver, not the Company, shall be responsible for providing it;

    • Should the Receiver be unwilling to abide to any terms stated by the Hotel and if this results in the Hotel refusing to the Receiver’s Stay, the Company bears no responsibility in booking another Stay for the Receiver, issuing a refund to the Receiver or any other forms of monetary compensation to the Receiver for the unsuccessful Stay.

  • The Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a Discount or Giveaway at any time.

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revised version will be effective immediately that it is displayed on this website.

  • In the event that these Terms and Conditions are translated into any language other than English, the terms of the English Language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore laws. Any dispute arising out of the use of any Discount(s) or Giveaway(s) shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Steps to claim the Discount/Giveaway:

 

Step 1: Like our official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/AsiaFinTechHub/)

 

Step 2: Take a screenshot of your "Like" and send it to Sales@AsiaFinTechHub.com with the email title "FPC2017 Facebook Promotion"

 

Step 3: Indicate if you would like to enjoy (A) complimentary one-night stay at our partner hotel, Marina Bay Sands or (B) S$500 off the prevailing price of the congress pass

 

Step 4: Make payment (depending on your payment mode, our Sales team will advise you accordingly on how to make the payment) and our events team would liaise with you on the claiming process.
